Measure H-12 Frequently Asked Questions

Measure H-12 Oversight Committee Formed

With the approval of the Measure H-12 Bond in November 2012, work is underway to establish the Citizens Oversight Committee. The first step was seeking candidates for the committee and gaining approval of the TUSD Board of Trustees. The following individuals have been appointed to serve on this committee: Steve Bolts, Robert Cook, Cheryl Hall, Bree Heil, Gwen Pelfrey, Wayne Petersen, Rob Rosales, and Tamara Stavrianoudakis. The committee members represent the business community, taxpayers, senior citizens, parents/guardians, and parents/guardians who are active in school organizations. They will each serve a minimum term of two years for no more than three consecutive terms. Like the TUSD Board of Trustees, these individuals will serve without compensation and we are grateful for their commitment of time and knowledge to this committee.

The first meeting is set for Monday, April 29, at 5:30 at Eagle Canyon High School. This meeting is open to the public. The agenda is available by clicking on the link to the left. As we get rolling on projects, more information will be posted on this page. Links will also become available for you to email committee members directly. It is important to the district that we handle this generous gift the community has given the schools with the utmost integrity, respect, and appreciation.

2013/14 Audit Report

An audit of Measure H-12 funds is required to be completed annually.  This year's report was presented to the Measure H-12 Citizens Oversight Committee on January 5, 2015 and the Templeton Unified Board of Trustees on January 8, 2015.  Both the TUSD Governing Board and the Citizens Oversight Committee accepted the audit reports.  The reviews are available for review by clicking on the links below.
